Napster is doin it wrong

I just got the following little doohicky from Napster when I tried to cancel my account. Talk about a shitty way to do business. You never stand in your customers way, especially when they’re trying to leave. They just guaranteed that I’ll never come back.

To cancel your account, please contact Napster Customer Support at 866.620.1137, Monday through Friday, 9am to 10pm, and weekends, 9am to 5pm, Eastern Standard Time.
